What We Do

At Pixel Labs, we focus on producing the highest quality video possible while capturing every move in the performance. Weather it is your dance studios annual performance or a concert your band is performing. We have the skills to produce a quality video that you can sell, use as a promotional piece or just keep to yourself.

  

Our Process

We capture everything on HD cameras and work with your audio tech to ensure the best quality audio for your video. We have the ability to shoot on up to 4 cameras and edited into a Multi-Camera production. This creates a much more dynamic finished product compared to the typical 1 camera shoot. We deliver the final video in less than 1 month from the date of the performance. Every DVD is packaged for delivery and ready for you to hand out to the families. In addition to the production, we can take care of handling the orders and getting them shipped to everyone straight from our office.

Key Features

  • Sales – We can take care of all sales and shipping of the DVD. Order forms can be distributed before, during, and after the show.
  • Quality – All production is done in High Definition to ensure the best quality possible. We work with the audio tech to get the cleanest audio for the video.
  • Privacy – No video of your performance will be sold or distributed to anyone but the Studio, Teachers, Child or Parents.
  • Delivery – Our finished product is delivered in a plastic wrapped DVD case with custom label artwork.

The Pricing

Since we are a smaller production company with no overhead costs, we are able to provide out big budget quality at a price that is easy on the check book. Below is a some information on the costs of our services. Let us know if you have any questions or if you feel your performance does not fit into this pricing.

Package 1 – $900

  • 2 hours of recording
  • 3 HD cameras
  • Professional audio recording.

If you want the entire performance captured from 3 angles all edited into a fully authored DVD, this is the package you are looking for. This includes a full multi-camera edit of the performance with professional audio mixing.

Package 2 – $30/DVD

  • 2 hours of recording
  • 1 HD camera
  • Professional audio recording.

If you do not want to pay for production costs, this is the route for you. Coverage is with 1 HD cameras and professional audio recording. This includes a single camera recording with a DVD that has the intermission and other long gaps cut out. This video is authored straight to DVD with NO menus. We charge you full price for the DVD with a minimum of 30 copies required.

Disc Duplication – $15/disc

After the video is finished, we are able to do all of the duplication for you as well. Just let us know how many copies are needed and we will get them to you. To reduce your stress, we are able to take care of the whole ordering process for you. Let us know if you are interested in this service and we will give you more details on the how we do it.

Additional Time – $100/ hour

If your performance is a longer one, don’t worry. We are prepared to stay as long as we need to capture the entire performance.

Additional Cameras – $150/camera

If you would like to have the performance covered by more than 3 cameras, let us know. We can arrange to have more running during the performance.
